Fantastic experience up to now!

I had a different web server with another provider that went down, so I needed to switch fast. Mike was super helpful in the migration and kept giving me useful answers.
The only area for improvement is the Support Response Time; it claims to be 27 minutes on the site... That’s definitely off, sometimes it took as long as 12 hours. Other times it was about an hour or so.
Could use a bit of work, but it’s decent for the price.
They might want to think about offering an addon for quicker support, and maybe even live chat.

They assisted me with a few problems regarding WHMCS and DirectAdmin integration and sorted them out. Their support is super quick, usually getting back to me in about 20 minutes. Mike was the one who helped me out, and he really nailed it. Overall, I'm really happy with the support and the service.

This is an amazing hosting provider! I bought their Reseller 4 plan which was a great deal. They helped me with some issues with WHMCS and DirectAdmin being integrated and fixed them. They have very speedy support replies and respond in ~20 minutes. Mike helped me with the issues and he did a great job. I am pleased with the support and service.
